PRE-REQUISITES & CONDITIONS

1. Domicile: The candidate should be a domicile of UT J&K.

2. Selection Basis: The selection shall be made on a district basis (candidates hailing from districts where vacancies exist preferred based on merits). In case of non-availability within the district, selection will be made from other districts within the same division.

3. Age Limit: 18-40 Years (as on 01-01-2026). Age Relaxation provided as per govt rules.

4. Nature of Position: All positions are on a contractual basis; this is not a govt/permanent job.

1. TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY (12 VACANCIES)

Districts: Budgam, Kulgam, Pulwama, Srinagar, Baramulla

Role: Housekeeping Trainee

· Master’s Degree in Tourism & Travel Management/Administration.

· OR Master’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration & Tourism.

· OR Master’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Administration.

· OR Master’s Degree in Tourism Management.

· OR Master’s Degree in Travel and Tour Management.

· OR Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institute of Hotel Management.

· OR Any equivalent Master’s Degree Programme having nomenclature of ‘Tourism’ or ‘Travel’ and offered by a UGC recognized University/Institute may be considered as eligible for the said post.

· OR Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management/B. H Sc. from any institute recognized by UGC + at least two years professional experience in housekeeping department in Hotel industry.

years’ work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service.

Role: Four-Wheeler Service Assistant & Electric Vehicle Service Assistant

· Bachelor Degree in Automobile Engineering /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute

/University, with at least 1-year work/teaching Experience.

Districts: Baramulla & Budgam Role: Domestic Data Entry Operator

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science/ Information Technology (BCA, B. Sc./B.E. in Computer Science/ Information Technology) with minimum of 1 year of work experience in the same job role.

· OR DOEACC A Level Certificate with minimum of 1 year of work experience in the same job role.

· Note: Suggested qualification is minimum; higher qualifications are acceptable.

· B.E. / B. Tech. in Electrical/ Electronics /Telecommunication with one year experience in the relevant field.

· OR Three Years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication from recognized board of technical education with 2- years’ experience in relevant field.

6. MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT (10 VACANCIES)

Districts: Shopian & Srinagar Role: Story Board Artist

· Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/Graphics & Animation with minimum 1 Year of work Experience.

· Desirable: Knowledge & skills in storyboarding.

7. APPAREL, MADE UPS & HOME FURNISHING (20 VACANCIES)

Districts: Anantnag, Bandipora, Baramulla Role: Sewing Machine Operator

· Post-graduation in Textile and Clothing or Relevant area from a recognized Institute / University, with at least 1-year work/teaching experience in Textile and clothing.

· OR Graduate in any discipline with ITI Diploma in Sewing Technology trade having NTC/STC/NAC from a recognized institution.

· OR Graduate in any field with 3 years of teaching/working experience in the relevant field. (Selected candidates must acquire SSC certification in Sewing Machine Operator within 1-year of appointment).
